Yes I am part of the problem which is newgrounds, everyone bitches about how crapy it is and what it was once like well, we are the users we are the problem, some people more then others. But we are all part of the problem.

Then theres people who complain about people who dont help change thing and just tell people we neest to change it. You are part of the problem aswell, you can say your trying but your not, few people here have actually tried to do something.

Now what rule do you dislike, what do you think we should change or what do you think should be added.

Basically what do you want put here or change so maybe that we can do something for once, so I'm asking what do you want changed?
